Because we have received a number of emails asking for specifics as to what will be covered I am sending out this update.
The remittance webinar will cover:
Manual posting in detail - Manual posting is not only for paper remittances but can be used as a tool to post your errors from electronic posting. Not only will I go over in detail how to manually post payments I will explain how to use this option when posting electronically.
Steps for posting Electronic payment from MD or Managed MD - I will briefly speak about all the required steps for posting a remittance file.
When and how to resolve R errors - I will show you the options for posting remits with R errors and which R errors need to resolved and which do not.
I believe that all agencies that use our system for billing will get value from this talk so I encourage you to register and listen in. Once again, there is no cost to participating in this training session.
