What's New at IMA

Medicaid Eligibility Batch Creation

There have been numerous requests to enhance the Medicaid eligibility batch creation tool.  We have updated the screen to incorporate these requests.  When creating your eligibility batch for submission you can now choose:

  • Clients enrolled as of any specific date
  • Clients terminated over any specific date range
  • Any number of months to go back in time when checking for coverage expiration

You can create a batch with any combination of the choices or all three.  We will be loading the new version onto your system over the next few days.  Please let us know if you have any questions.

Here is a preview of the new look for the Medicaid Eligibility Client Enrollment entry screen:

ICD10 delayed

The official start date for ICD10 implementation has been delayed to October 1, 2015 at the earliest per CMS.

DSM 5 Implementation
Support for DSM 5 will be included in the next major release (V19.3) coming soon.

No Show Tracking version 3

There is another variation of the No Show modules available for client accountability. This is a very interesting module. The report works in conjunction with the appointment scheduling system in IMA.  It allows you to determine either for Social Worker or  Doctor when the client was: last seen, the number of no shows in the period and when the next visit is scheduled.  Please let us know if you have any questions or are interested in exploring this module.  There is initial configuration required.
