To summarize, the electronic remittance is no longer available two weeks prior to release of payment. This change begins with cycle 1911 so on 4/7/14 there will not be any electronic remittance information (835 file) available to download. There will also be no electronic remittance information on 4/14/14. The 835 for cycle 1911 will be available on 4/21/14.
The details and explanation for this change can be found on the DoH newsletter. We wanted to ensure all of our agencies are aware of this change so that there is no concern on 4/7/14 and 4/14/14 when the electronic remittance for cycles 1911 and 1912 are not available.
