The whole family has vacationed here at the TOWNS and it was very roomy, clean and comfortable beds..even the pull out. Right next door to Water Country and down the road from Busch Gardens...loved it! The Golf course was neatly manicured and easy to follow routes, the Cafe/Grill was delicious! Recommend the crab cakes.

We own in the Estates section and it rivals the Presidential Units offered by Wyndham, they are new and magnificent. You can use the entire house or break it up into 3 different weeks of vacation ( we use it this way) as to be able to travel at different times of the year. Very close to all the attractions, 5 minutes to Water Country USA, and 10 minutes to Busch Gardens & Colonial Williamsburg. Can't wait to buy another unit so we can spend more time there LOVE IT!
