We are not thieves in the classic sense, but you may steal from yourself or others during yoga. Explore the small ways you withhold care and respect from yourself.
3 Ways to practice Asteya are;
1. Examine Your Relationship to Time.
We make meaning happen through the attention and care we express through our actions.
Each person in the yoga room has taken precious time to dedicate to their yoga practice. Being late for class literally steals time from the teacher and fellow practitioners.
- Arrive to class with ample time to park appropriately and without feeling rushed
- Set up, get settled and breathe, with time to spare before class!
2. Appreciate, Don't Hide.
Asteya reminds us to appreciate the ways we are different and to meet one another with openness and respect.
- Every body is different with unique history. When we compare or judge others, we miss out on what's happening for us.
- Use tips on alignment to find freedom, rather than trying to fit into a mold. Take modifications & use props when needed
3. Be Present
When you're not present, you steal from yourself and others. If you do that most of the time, you will miss your life.
Asteya reminds you that you never get a day back, but you always have the moment at hand.
- Min. stimulation & distraction; Turn Cell phones off, take your watch off, leave all personal items out of the yoga room(except mat & water of course!)
- Don't talk to others while class is in progress

Kids Yoga
Starts Sat. April 2nd | 8:45 ~ 10:00am
MUST Pre-register under Childs name by phone or in person.
Kids ONLY class! This fun class encompasses flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises and creative relaxation techniques. $60/6 weeks 4 ~ 7 yr olds!

Special Comfort Measures Class
Sun. April 3rd| 1:00 ~ 4:00pm
You and your support person will be provided with a variety of positions, comfort measures, tips and tricks that will assist in optimal fetal positioning, and can be used to manage the discomfort often associated with labor.
Trena Slaunwhite Gallant is a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Hypnobirthing Practitioner, Birth and Postpartum Doula Trainer, and Infant Massage Instructor.
Must Pre-register. $60/Per pair

Mom & Baby
Starts Mon. April 11th | 11:05 ~ 12:05pm
Strengthen your core, improve your posture and relax using inspirational yoga postures, breath techniques and meditation.
Open to mommies 4 weeks post pregnancy and babies 1 month-pre-crawling. 8 weeks/$100. Must Pre-register!

Intro to Yoga
Starts Wed. April 13th | 6:00 - 7:15pm 
Our supportive environment will provide you with the necessary foundation to develop a safe and rewarding yoga practice.

Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training
Sat April 16th & Sun April 17th | 10:30~5:30pm
Learn how to teach pre-natal and post-natal yoga.
You Will:
* Explore poses, sequences and breathing techniques that are safe and that are beneficial * Learn anatomy and the stages of pregnancy * Learn cautions and contraindications of poses * Practice hands-on assists
