Black lights and all your favorite Madonna jams. Cycle with Sassy Amanda MacEachern to support the Youth Project, a local non-profit 
dedicated to serving youth around issues of sexual orientation and gender identity.

We share yoga with adults & youth in diverse settings including recovery centres, shelters,  correctional institutions, public schools, youth at risk programs and more. Encourage a deeper sense of body awareness, self-exploration and interpersonal skills.
 
This class will inspire positive peer interactions that they are sure to carry into their everyday lives.

Reiki Renewal Workshop

This workshop will be a fusion of meditation, hands-on Reiki healing, energy shielding/protection techniques, and a look at stress management through deep listening of what the Self needs.

Applied Anatomy Training

The workshop is designed to inform and inspire yoga teachers, manual therapists, and yoga students who wish to refine their understanding of movement and the body.  

Workshop approved for continuing education credit for the 300HR YTT.
  
This course is approved for massage therapists by MTANS for CEU 3.5 credits

Intro to Yoga

For both new students and students starting back to yoga. You will learn the fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques. The supportive environment of this class will provide you with the necessary foundation to develop a safe and rewarding yoga practice.

HY:      How did you get started with yoga?
DW:     In 2014 I travelled to India with a friend, and noticed the benefits she was getting from a daily yoga regimen. So when I came home, I signed up for Margot's Intro to Yoga course. I was truly starting from scratch. After that class I was hooked and became a committed member to Halifax Yoga.
