New Year's Day Bootcamp with Erica Blackburn

Celebrate the first day of 2016 with music, sweat and lots of fun! This 1.5-hour bootcamp style class is focused on detoxify twists, energizing core work and cleansing with the breath of your inner fire! Kick the New Year off with a fresh start. Get on your mat and get on track.
