Prenatal Yogaprenatal Yoga flow

Prenatal yoga class postures are modified to accommodate the changing needs of the expectant mother. Provides multiple benefits such as; preparing the hips, legs and pelvic muscles for childbirth, and improved breath and blood circulation.

Relaxation with a Therapeutic Touch
Starts Sat. Nov 7th | 1:30 - 2:30pm 
 
Series of specialty classes that incorporate  Restorative or Yin poses with continual hands-on assists. Robin Thompson; leading the classes; is a Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner & Yoga Instructor!
  
Max of 6 participants; Each person will be assisted in every pose!

Kids Yoga

Kids ONLY class! Come and do your own Yoga/spin class while they get to enjoy their own class! This fun class encompasses flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises and creative relaxation techniques.

Intro to Yoga
Starts  Wed. Nov. 18th | 6:00 - 7:15pm
 
Intro to Yoga is designed for new students and those starting back to yoga. You will learn the fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques.

The supportive environment of this class will provide you with the necessary foundation to develop a safe  yoga practice.

This all levels program is designed to strengthen your core, improve your posture and relax using inspirational yoga postures, breath techniques and meditation.

Open to mommies 4 weeks post pregnancy and babies 1 month-pre-crawling (or not crawling too far or too fast!)

Yin-ique: Building a Custom Yin Practice
Sat. Nov 21st | 2:30 - 5:00pm
 
Over this 2.5 hour workshop, we will discuss the principles of yin yoga, explore tension and compression and figure out what you need to support yourself in the various yin poses to deepen your practice. 

Kari Morgan has recently returned from a week long workshop with Yin Master, Bernie Clark and is eager to share what she has learned!

Spin Etiquette & Registration!
 
1. Pre-register. If you arrive as walk in you may not get a bike. We ask you sign up online to ensure a spot!

2.  Arrival. Please arrive 10mins before class. If you have pre-registered and arrive past this time, you may lose your bike.

3. Prepare for class. Bring a towel, water and yoga mat (if required)

4. Footwear. Indoor running/spin shoes only. They are also to be worn in the spin room only.

5. Cellphones. Please leave all cellphones out of the spin room, like you would at a  yoga class.

6. Attendance. If you sign up for a class, you must stay for the entire class. If you are not able to stay, we ask you do not take the class. No shows and late cancels will be charged for a class.

7. Clean & Take care your Ryde! Please wipe down the bikes after class and use the bike spray provided. Spray directly into towel before you apply to the bike.  Please do not put your feet onto the bike when putting on/removing your shoes, to protect them from damage.

8. Food. We ask that you refrain from bringing in food into the room.

9. Injury or Concern. Please inform the instructor before class of any injury or concerns you may have so they can provide you with accurate support during the class.

10. Before & After. There are other classes going on at the same time, so we ask that volume is kept at a low getting to and from the spin room.
