* Tues Pilates Bootycamp w/ Erika Ferguson! Laugh, sing, shape your body and energize!
* Wed 45 min spin w/ Sherry Zak! Great cardiovascular & strength building workout combined with F-U-N!
* Thurs Hot Power w/ Tori Jarvis-Grant! Build strength, flexibility, concentration and torch calories!

Why 6am?
- Regulates Sleep Rhythm & Balance Your Hormones!
- Increases Metabolism & Energy for the rest of the day!
- Doesn't interfere with evening commitments!
Tips: - Pack your gear the night before so you are good to go in the am!
- Drink lots of water, (opt out of the coffee until after)
- Empty stomach is best (but if you get hangry...eat a banana for some electrolytes)
