Halifax Yoga ... Where Growth Begins!          RYDER
How to Beat the Winter Blues!

Old Man Winter needs to find someone else to bother! Don't get SAD (seasonal affective disorder) this winter! Instead do the things that will help bring you those 'feel good' endorphins!!

Here are Great tips for kicking those winter blues to the curb:

1. Eat clean! Enjoy healthy homemade meals to boost your immune!

2. Read a good book. Curl up, make a hot tea and nestle in without technology.

3. Clean out your closet or cupboards. Start spring cleaning EARLY!

4. Get a regular sleep schedule on.

5. Find your happy song! What makes you giggle and want to break out into dance!
6. Get a massage or some acupuncture. A little self-love  with a wellness service can release tension and boost energy!

7. Move your body! YOGA, spin, run in one spot, whatever your heart desires. Light a fire in your body and gain some energy while stretching out the tight spots!
