Attha Yoganusasanam - Yoga Now Workshop w/Leigh Milne
Sat. March 7th| 11:00 ~ 2:00pm

Patanjali's yoga sutras begin by telling us Now is the time for Yoga. This message could not be more clear nor more immediate.

This past December in celebration of her 70th birthday and in honour of her father and Guru, Geeta Iyengar led over 1200 yogis from 57 countries in ten days of yoga. Geetaji conveyed the very essence of our practice, by demanding our full presence she captured the immediacy of the Yoga Sutras first aphorism. Action vs. movement and penetration of the physical body by the pranic (breath) body were consistently emphasized.

In this workshop by focusing on standing asana and inversions, action and sequencing we will explore how to better access the pranic body.

$45 Must Pre-register.
