Indoor Cycling Etiquette

1. Prepare for ClasS. Please bring water, a towel and a yoga mat (if required)

2. RESERVING BIKES. Please reserve only if you are sure you can come. Continuous late cancels and no shows will be charged and the will lose the ability to reserve for future.

3. footwear. Spin shoes/running shoes are to be worn in the spin room only.  No outdoor footwear on the bikes. No barefoot spinning.

4. All for one. Please arrive on time and stay for the whole duration of the class, including the final stretch. If you are not able to stay for the full class we ask that you do not take the class.

5. Stay in the room. If you need to take a break, reduce the tension on your bike and peddle slowly. Staying on your bike will ensure your safety.

6. Cell Phone USE. It is disrespectful to your instructor and distracting to your fellow spinners, so just don't do it!

7. Share the Love, Not the Germs. We are all about sharing, but not when it comes to germs! If you are sick, please stay home and give your body a chance to recover.

8. Clean the bikes. Please make sure you clean the bike after class, using the spray provided. Please spray into a towel and wipe down, do not use paper towel. Do not spray the bike directly as it can create a soapy residue around the bike, providing an unsafe slippery environment.
