1. Arrive at least 15 minutes before class. It
avoids disruption. Bonus: If you arrive early you can get set up without feeling stressed out.
2. Sign In. Upon your arrival, please scan to check-in with at the desk (even if you sign in online).
3. Refrain from using your cellphone (even in the lobby). Please be respectful and turn your phone completely off. No Cell Phones in studio rooms.
4. Scent-free zones. It's courtesy to refrain from using scents, allergies can be serious.
5. Place your mat down gently. Your yogi neighbor will thank you for being so mindful!
6. Stay for the Whole Class. Staying for savasana means you can get the most out of your class. It also avoids disrupting other students and maintains the energy of the room.
7. Put away props, and wipe the floor. If you were in a sweaty awesome class (lucky!) please wipe the floor around your mat. We wouldn't want any yogi injuries.
8. Share the Shower. Please be respectful and kindly keep your shower short so everyone gets a turn!
9. Make room for others. If the room is starting to fill up, please create space. The more the merrier when it comes to yogic energy!
10. Take your shoes off. Please do not wear your shoes through the studio or into the practice space. Embrace the freedom of being barefoot!
Thank you Yogis for helping us help others have an incredible experience!
