Prenatal yoga class postures are modified to accommodate the changing needs of the expectant mother. Provides multiple benefits such as; preparing the hips, legs and pelvic muscles for childbirth, and improved breath and blood circulation.

Season Cleaning 101
Move into the season with clarity, happiness and real LIVING! Here are a few tips to help make your transitionas smooth and full as possible
Get on your mat! Yoga works to remove lack of motivation. It releases positive energy that creates a burst of excitement, opening doors for all kinds of AWESOMENESS! Move with ease, create lightness, take long full breaths and you will open up new discoveries and new possibilities!
Nature's Bounty! Take care of your body. Wake up your senses with food that feeds your sense of feeling alive! Eat live whole foods and stop eating cooked dead food! Get outside, breathe in the fresh air every day! Energize, activate and LIVE!
Mental Load Be Gone! All thoughts we have create physical responses that have a huge impact on our health. Take a deep look at where you are what you no longer need in your life, what no longer serves who you want to be. We can easily get blocked. We do that with our minds, fears and doubts and with resistances. Meditate, choose your space, and take action!
Finally! De-clutter your space! Donate anything you don't need to charity. Creating an act of selfless service can give you the lightness you strive for and create the space for something new! It is usually the simplest pursuits that reap the largest rewards.
