What to Expect During & After your 1st Ryde
  • You can adapt each class to suit you and your unique fitness level.   
  • Your public bone may be sore after the first ryde.  We assure you if will go away!   Wearing padded cycling shorts or using a gel seat cover will definitely make your ride more comfortable.
  • The bikes are completely adaptable to fit your body.  Ask your instructor to help you adjust the bike if you experience any discomfort.
  • It takes 2-3 classes for your body to adapt to the articulation (movement) of these bikes.  Remember you'll be torching calories, gaining muscle and improving your cardio... And having FUN!  Don't give up!

* Indoor Cycling is included in all Memberships and Passes!

This is an introduction to the yogic lifestyle, a beautifully infused 2hr power yoga class followed by guided meditation.
  
Intro to Inversions | Sat. Apr 5 | 10:30 ~ 12:30pm
 
This is a 2 hour power yoga class with detailed alignment and sep by step techniques for inversions, arm balances and core strengthening.

Prenatal Prenatal
Starts April 10 | 7:30-8:45pm

Prenatal yoga class postures are modified to accommodate the changing needs of the expectant mother. Provides multiple benefits such as; preparing the hips, legs and pelvic muscles for childbirth, and improved breath and blood circulation.

Mom & Baby Mom & Baby Yoga
Starts April 14 | 11:05am-12:05pm

Mom & Baby Yoga is an opportunity to take care of your mind and body post pregnancy. This all levels program is designed to strengthen your core, improve your posture and relax.
 
Meet other new moms and create community. Open to mommies 4 weeks post pregnancy and babies 1 month-pre-crawling (or not crawling too far or too fast!)
