June 18 Open House

 

It's finally here and ready to unveil---our "incubator" kitchen, certified by the USDA, providing the resources for people to create their own products/ businesses (you cannot make food products to retail in your own kitchen).  We've been working on this project for the better part of two years. 

 

We've passed all inspections, installed major equipment, and established most of the processes and procedures we will need to operate smoothly. We've hired a part time Kitchen Manager, Lisa Richter, who will be on hand to assist clients in using the kitchen.  

 

Finishing touches are being completed now so that we will be ready to welcome all of you to view it at our open house at on June 18. Ron Stiner, of The Starting Block, will be with us as well this evening to talk about the various uses of the kitchen and answer your questions.
