LAGLCC Board Updates
|
The Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce has conducted board elections and we're excited to announce the following updates.
 After 2 years as LAGLCC board president, Marquita Thomas has moved into the role of Executive Director of the chamber. As Executive Director, Marquita will serve as CEO of the LAGLCC; design, develop and implement strategic plans for the chamber and develop business plans in collaboration with the board for the future of the organization.
 The incoming President for the 2013 year is Ivan Estrada. Ivan has served as LAGLCC Vice President for the past year and Special Events Chair for the past two years. Ivan is a realtor with Collen and Ivan Realty.
 The LAGLCC's newest Vice President is Nii-Quartelai Quartey, principal political consultant and CEO of The Sankofa Group for Civic Engagement. Nii-Quartelai has served as LAGLCC Advocacy Chair for the past year. The following board members will continue on the board for the 2013 year. LAGLCC January SECOND Thursday Mixer
|  We expect many of you may still be enjoying the holidays the first Thursday in January so the chamber's next mixer will take place the SECOND Thursday in January at Tortilla Republic.
