Raw Bar by Duncan Ly is pleased to present Raw Bar Rotations hosted by Amy Thiessen! Every Thursday night, Raw Bar by Duncan Ly will feature live music by a variety of local artists, hand-selected by Amy Thiessen.

Sit back, relax and enjoy live music while dining on Vietmodern cuisine and sip amazing cocktail creations.

$4.99 pints are available from 4pm to 8pm. 

Live music runs from 6:30pm to 9:30pm every Thursday night.

November 2013, Chef Duncan Ly won gold at the Calgary Gold Medal Plates. On February 7 & 8, he'll move on to represent Calgary in the Canadian Culinary Championships in Kelowna, BC! PASTRY CHEF KARINE MOULIN & TOP CHEF CANADA    

Hotel Arts Group Pastry Chef Karine Moulin will compete on Top Chef Canada Season Four alongside thirteen others, two of which are from Calgary!

 

Chef Moulin oversees desserts for two restaurants (Yellow Door Bistro & Raw Bar by Duncan Ly), a high-functioning banquet department as well as Hotel Arts' off-site catering division. She's known for preparing exquisite desserts but also has well-rounded experiences in the kitchen which makes her a strong contender for Top Chef Canada.
