These webcasts were developed for those working in all industries with an interest in enterprise risk management. The Society of Actuaries is offering a new sponsorship opportunity. Interested companies may apply to sponsor a series of three sessions at the 2013 Life & Annuity Symposium or 2013 Health Meeting for $10,000. The series must reflect a theme or a unified set of topics and appeal to members, broadly. Sponsors will receive a number of benefits, ranging from digital and print recognition in SOA publications to on-site promotional materials. Applications for the 2013 Life & Annuity Symposium are due Dec. 17 and the 2013 Health Meeting applications are due Jan. 7.
CALL FOR SESSION PROPOSALS: 2013 ANNUAL MEETING & EXHIBIT
The SOA 2013 Annual Meeting Program Committee is now soliciting session ideas! The meeting will be held Oct. 20-23 in San Diego, CA, at the San Diego Convention Center. The committee is seeking proposals for concurrent sessions on the following topics: The latest in life and product development, retirement planning, health care reform, new financial models, new regulatory developments, topics of interest to our international attendees and much more! If you are interested in submitting a proposal for a session, please complete the online submission form no later than Jan. 9.
DUES AND SECTION MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT SYSTEM IS OPEN
The dues payment and section membership renewal online services are open. Be sure to pay your member dues early to avoid any late fees toward your professional membership.
