Fredericksburg, VA runner Mark Hopely (1:11:06) led 5,716 runners to the Historic Half finish. Britta Ultz Baxter repeated as top female finisher (1:25:24). Aaron Naraine (30:10) and U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Brenda Schrank (33:34) were top maleand female finishers in the new Semper 5ive presented by Navy Federal Credit Union.
