Act fast to earn a guaranteed spot in the 41st Marine Corps Marathon before the Lottery opens. The Marine Corps 17.75K offers all eligible finishers Access Granted into the MCM. Participants in the 17.75K will run 11.03 miles through Prince William Forest Park, located just outside Marine Corps Base Quantico. Finishers receive a spectacular bronze medal commemorating the centennial anniversary of the National Park Service. Coveted spots in the 17.75K are $60 with registration opening at noon today, Feb. 17.

Great crowds, lovely scenery, historic sites, awesome medal and the challenge of beating Hospital Hill.  The Marine Corps Historic Half happens on May 15, 2016 in Fredericksburg, VA. Sign up now for the hugely-popular springtime run with the Marines.  During registration, runners can purchase the limited-edition heather gray technical training shirt with red accents featuring the motivating phrase "Can Do." 

Introducing the new Semper 5ive presented by Navy Federal Credit Union, a five-mile run held the same day as the Historic Half on May 15, 2016.  Registration is now open.  The Semper 5ive point-to-point course begins in Fredericksburg's downtown before a mighty climb up Hospital Hill, the now-famous, exhilarating 200-foot incline.

Have you started to jockey the summer schedule already?  It's ok to dream about the warm weather especially on Feb. 23 when registration begins for Run Amuck, the four- and two-mile mud and obstacle events to be held on June 4 aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico. Take to the hills and trails in the messiest, muddiest and most grueling MCM event featuring more than 20 wild obstacles, mud pits and authentic down-and-dirty Marine Corps PT experiences. Registration fees are $50 or $30 depending on the distance.

The Quantico Tri is a sprint event including a 750 meter open water swim in the Potomac River, near the Marine Corps' Officer Candidates School, a 20k bike ride and a 5K run. The Tri will be held on Aug. 20. All participants receive a technical shirt and finishers earn an awesome medal.  Hosted at the same time will be the new Quantico 12K, a 7.45 mile run to a shared finish with the Tri. Registration for both events opens on April 27.  Cost is $75 for the Tri and $45 for the 12K.
