Introducing Our New CEO 
Dawson Hughes takes the helm at the National Office
The USMS Board of Directors has concluded its search for our new CEO with the hiring of Dawson HughesA sports business executive with a strong background in revenue generation, corporate and community partnerships, and operations management for large-scale professional and collegiate sporting events, Dawson most recently led business development for the Orange Bowl Committee.

Dawson is excited to guide the efforts of the National Office to enhance membership benefits for current Masters swimmers, support the educational efforts of USMS, and grow the number of adults who stay fit through swimming. He was an age-group and college swimmer and is happy to be back in and around the water. Dawson can be reached at dhughes@usms.org.

About U.S. Masters Swimming
U.S. Masters Swimming is a nonprofit national governing body that promotes health, wellness, fitness, and competition for adults through swimming. USMS has more than 1,500 adult swim programs across the country and promotes information via the bimonthly member magazine, SWIMMER, monthly eNewsletters, STREAMLINES, and website, usms.org. USMS sanctions and promotes pool, open water, and virtual events and competitions. Nearly 65,000 adults are registered members of U.S. Masters Swimming.
