Why does this keep happening? You grab the lane line and grimace while rubbing the screaming muscles and hoping the agony will subside.

This Aquatic Life SwimOutlet.com features Grand Strand Masters Swimming
Our partner SwimOutlet.com features a USMS club every month on their blog. November's Club of the Month was Grand Strand Masters Swimming of North Myrtle Beach, S.C. The 60-member club works out at the North Myrtle Beach Aquatic & Fitness Center and has been a registered Masters program since 2006. Coached by Diane Bartlett, GSMS swimmers range in age from 18 to 72 years old. Every June, GSMS offers free swimming lessons to kids and adults in the community. Great job, GSMS, and here's to another 10 years as a valuable local resource for swimmers and aspiring swimmers in South Carolina!Seen on Our Facebook Page
While celebrating Thanksgiving last week, we took a moment to think about what the holiday is meant to honor--gratitude. And a recent piece by Fares Ksebati really captured much of what we're grateful for as swimmers. The piece was shared around online and lots of swimmers added why they're thankful for swimming. We appreciate all the comments and photos you posted. Meredith Mora wrote, "We are thankful at T2 Aquatics in Naples, Fla., for an amazing facility and fabulous coaches!" And we're thankful for all our fabulous members who make USMS strong. See what else they said and join the conversation!
