Ransom J. Arthur Award Recipient Announced

Congratulations to Patty Miller, the 2013 recipient of the Capt. Ransom J. Arthur M.D. Award, USMS' highest honor given to one hard-working and deserving volunteer annually. In her "real life," Patty is an attorney, and she currently acts as USMS National Legal Counsel. She is also the current Virginia LMSC Chair. This is the second USMS honor Miller has received, previously winning the 2003 Dorothy Donnelly Service Award. It's dedication like Patty's that make USMS the strong organization it is. We are grateful for her service and want to extend our thanks for all her hard work over the years. Well done!
