NHBSR member Robin Eichert, principal of PeopleSense Consulting LLC, was an invited panelist at the Solar Power International conference, held in Orlando, Florida, September 10-13. Other panelists included Mark Kimble, Vice President of Finance & Operations at the Solar Electric Power Association and Greg Vervais, Vice President of Human Resources for Canadian Solar. The roundtable discussion focused on the challenges of hiring within the solar industry. You can view the videotaped segment here.
