Our theme for the March issue is "Developing Healthy Pastors." Though we, as Congregationalists, don't elevate our pastors to some elite status, we readily recognize that healthy churches are usually led by healthy pastors. Conference Minister Ron Hamilton shares the vision of communities of pastors encouraging each other to accomplish  five major things in the lives of the pastors. Read about it>>

We as Christians and leaders are to be of a servant mentality, serving rather than being served. We have learned to think and act this way almost automatically,  knowing the virtue involved.
