YOUTH PROGRAMS REGISTRATION

We've reached that blah time of year when the holidays are over and it seems like summer will never come. Give your kids something to look forward to and something new to do -- sign them up for a class at the Y!

Registration opens Saturday, February 9th, for Dance, Theatre, Voice, Soccer, and Basketball. Children who sign up for one of the Y Performing Arts Academy classes: Dance, Theatre, and Voice, will be eligible to participate in our June show.

Click here to see the schedule and descriptions of classes, and come out tomorrow for the open registration. Every 10th person to sign up between 9:00am and 1:00pm wins a prize!

BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE
And that's the perfect time to
come into the Y and learn to

swim!

The Y can help develop competency in swimming, along with confidence and endurance. We offer swim lessons for all ages and skill levels.

Spring swim lessons run from February 25 through April 28, 2013; session dates and times vary based on class. See our Program Catalog and Schedule for more information.

ALZHEIMER'S CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP

If you spend your time caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's, it's time to spend a little time caring for yourself.

Come to the Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group the second Wednesday of every month to find the information and encouragement you need. The next meeting will be on February 13, 2013, at 6:00pm in our Multi-Purpose Room. All caregivers and family members of those with Alzheimer's disease are welcome to attend. Click here for more information.

SUPPORTING YOUTH EVERYWHERE
Did you know that there are YMCAs in
