Having a restorative summer?
Think back to spring: How many of those things you promised yourself you'd do actually got done? Yard work, house/car repairs, company picnics, sports practice, family reunions, dog training - stuff happens. But did you take care of yourself this summer? Did you feed your soul? It's never too late. I'm here to remind you: Let yourself give to yourself. Go ahead. Curl up with your pets; grab a cool drink (make mine a martini); and read on, friend. I give you permission.....
Judge Much?I am convinced that we diminish ourselves when we judge others, in both the judging & the fear of being judged in return. Let go, humans. Follow your pets' unencumbered leads on this one. Give yourself the gift of a judgement-free life; be happy in the moment. (Can I get an amen?)
