New Opportunity for
Growth Fund Centers!

As center directors providing quality care to low- and middle-income children, you know that there is a high cost that comes with high quality. And with new investments in Minnesota's youngest children, the need has never been greater to make sure that those investments are sound - not only for those children and families, but for the child care businesses that serve them as well.

Thanks to your input and ideas at our last Growth Fund gathering, we have developed and received funding for a new, innovative way to tackle this issue in your community.

The 'Growth Fund 2.0' will be rolling out in North and Northeast Minneapolis soon... stay tuned for details!
The Perfect Space for Our Space

Our Space, a nationally accredited school-age program, wanted to relocate in order to better fulfill their vision and serve their children and families.

Today, they find themselves in a wonderful space that not only fits all of their requirements but came with a natural outdoor environment they are thankful for every day.

As a lender focused entirely on the child care sector, FCF understands the unique challenges your business faces each day. Are you looking to expand your program? Improve the quality of your facilities? Purchase new equipment? FCF can help!

"FCF was a great source of support, providing encouragement and resources. FCF helped facilitate the move financially from the previous site to the new site, helping ensure all lease requirements were met. We consider FCF to be a main source of support toward the success of Our Space, from the center's inception and into the future."
