Kelser would like to recognize the following individual for their outstanding contribution to the company:


Karen Koski 

 

Karen has been a valuable part of the administrative staff at Kelser for 20 years, currently in charge of Accounts Receivables. She is instrumental in making sure that customer invoices are processed efficiently and accurately as well as monitoring delinquent invoices.   

 

Karen also assists customers in returning product through our RMA process, making sure that returns and credits are processed quickly.  Karen has developed a process with Project Management which simplifies and streamlines pre-paid customer services and ongoing Professional Services engagements.

 

Her dedication to Kelser and her job responsibilities is impeccable.
