Check Out Our Updated Menu

We promised that once Chef Tim got all settled we'd be changing up our menu a bit. And that we've now done. Bringing back some guest favorites, including Pan Seared Pheasant, Seafood Coconut Curry, and Steak & Three Mushroom Herb Risotto for example.

Our new chef also is eager to share with our guests a few of his own favorite recipes. Such as Insalata Italiano, Citrus Scallops, and a new twist on Pork Loin.

You can preview our newly revised menu HERE. We hope you'll come in soon to sample for yourself and let us know what you think!

This Weekend's Live Outdoor Music

If you've been thinking about coming out to the Rookery for Friday evening outdoor music and dining there's no time to delay...as we're already down to our final two performances of the season (Sunday afternoon music continues thru October 2).

This Friday we welcome back to our stage for just the second time a great duo from the Mississippi River country of western Wisconsin. Skipping Stones is John Capper and Karen Nimmo, seasoned musical artists who play a unique variety of both cover and original songs. John plays guitar and sings while Karen sings, plays guitar, keyboard, and some flute and small percussion instruments. Skipping Stones is rooted in classic rock, but also performs some blues, country, and contemporary songs, producing a surprisingly full sound with rich harmonies and quality instrumentation.

Then on Sunday those two groovin' guys from Washburn return once again to the Rookery. Andy Noyes and Stevie Matier actually appeared here earlier this summer as part of the Keep 'Er Lit trio that kicked off our Friday evening music series. This time around they return as The O'Bro's, a Rookery fan favorite now for three consecutive years, performing an eclectic mix of Celtic, world, folk, and blues.

Vocal songs, instrumental material, original and some cover or traditional material. Guitars, Irish and African drums, bouzouki. You never know what The O'Bro's will turn up with. But it's a good bet that a bit of wry Irish humor...delivered with an authentic accent...will be part of the mix. These guys are just plain fun!

On Sundays we feature a special patio grill menu. The grill fires up at 1:30 and the music begins at 2. All seating and dining is first come first served so we recommend you arrive early to secure your spot!
