As we typically do at this time of year, the Rookery is temporarily suspending our Fresh Fish "UN-Fry," probably until the Christmas to New Year's holiday week. But that certainly doesn't mean you have to live without fish and other seafood for the next several months!
In fact, our new autumn/winter menu includes a brand new salmon entrée to compliment our ever popular Mediterranean walleye. Plus seafood curry is back. Not to mention our crispy shrimp appetizer from last winter. Plus a new take by Chef Jenny on scallops, Cajun seared. Hmmm...are they ever scrumptious!
Not a seafood lover? Not to worry! We've still got plenty of red meat on the menu, including a brand new bison bacon burger.
We've also brought back our popular grilled quail dish from a few years back, stuffed with herbed goat cheese and wrapped in bacon. How can you go wrong with that?
And for all you who've been asking. YES, both bison chili and cheese fondue are back on our new seasonal menu.
Click here to salivate. And then come see us soon!
