Community of Hope expands access to primary care for District residents

Press Release, Community of Hope, March 18, 2014

On Tuesday, Community of Hope celebrated the grand opening of its Conway Health and Resource Center, located in Ward 8.  "We are excited to expand our health services to the Ward 8 community, offering high quality services for the entire family in their own neighborhood.  The opening of the Conway Health and Resource Center puts us one step closer to improving health outcomes in the District and creating healthier families," said Kelly Sweeney McShane, President and CEO for Community of Hope.  "For 34 years, Community of Hope has remained committed to improving the lives of District residents through our housing and health programs. Building this center allows us to reach more neighbors and integrate our services even more."
