NEW Ways to Donate:

We now have an Upper Cervical Research Foundation (Canada) website that you can access directly to make your donation at your convenience.  Any donation of $5.00 or more will receive a tax receipt.

OR
  • In person - when you come in for your appointment we can add a donation as you check out
  • On the phone - call the office, we can take donations by credit card
  • By Mail - print the attached form on the left and mail it to us with a cheque
