Thank you Eleanor 

As I celebrate 35 years since opening the Britannia Clinic, (still in its same location), we are also celebrating the official retirement of Eleanor Holland on June 30, 2015. I hired Eleanor in 1986 to join me in providing extraordinary NUCCA care. She has been steadfast and deeply dedicated to providing an immense support to the various aspects of clinical care from x-ray, scheduling appointments, answering the phone to making sure the clinic is neat, tidy and there is fresh fruit at the front desk.

Having spent the past 29 years working closely with her, beneath her dry witty sense of humor, is a deeply caring heart. I am most grateful for her authentic caring and deep dedication to making sure patients were seen promptly, cared for professionally and ensuring the quality of work is always at its highest level.

I am pleased that she has chosen to step more fully into her personal life by retiring. She certainly deserves a well-earned rest and change of pace. We will all miss her presence in the clinic. I will personally miss her immensely important support in my days.

I will continue to provide the same NUCCA board certified standards of care through each step of our protocols. With the change of Eleanor not being in the clinic for x-ray support, we will need to be more attentive to our scheduling. We will do everything we can to maintain efficient and timely care for you always.

Even though Eleanor is retiring, I shall continue my practice uninterrupted for many years to come and look forward to the ongoing care for our patients.

Thank you Eleanor for all your help, support and sustained dedication to our patients' care.
