Since 1980, it has been our goal to help correct foundational postural problems and restore the natural balance and harmony to the physiology of each patient we have seen. In addition to that service provided through our care protocols, we have always offered tools and practices to support your ongoing sustained well-being.
These practices include the daily stretching program, water, sleep, nutrition, movement practices, and the conversation around, "what is a most meaningful life". We have consistently observed that the patients who take on these practices, lead a better quality of life and have fewer health challenges. The benefits can be truly great if we all take on the commitment to wholeheartedly practice daily.
Periodically, obstacles and barriers present challenges to our commitment and practice. As we move well into this New Year and look forward to what would be most meaningful for ourselves, perhaps consider revisiting and recommitting to these practices that support your natural health and well-being. Although they are low tech and simple in nature, they are the foundations for good health and a better quality of life.
Since winter is a time of hibernating for many animals, in this newsletter we want to share some information regarding the importance of sleep. Technology and other distractions can cause a disruption in this habit and perhaps this is a good reminder for you to recommit to this part of the practice. We know from our migraine headache research that the proper alignment of the upper neck with a NUCCA correction helps the flow patterns of cerebro-spinal fluid (CSF) optimize. This can help in the proper cleansing of our brains at night when we sleep. From clinical observation, with thousands of patients, we see how sleep improves after a NUCCA correction. (Another reason to keep your head on straight.)
We also believe in sustainable healthcare solutions that emphasize prevention and self-healthcare practices to support each person. We believe that ultimately this approach results in a more sustained quality of life with reduced practitioner dependency. The time and cost savings are also a significant part of this equation and worth considering.
Please feel free to contact us at the clinic for additional materials to

We all join in wishing you good health always.
