Getting The Most Out of Your Appointment
Booking Your Appointment:
-
When making your appointment, please provide a few details about your concern so that a proper length of time can be scheduled. Be sure to let the staff know if you have had any accidents, surgeries or falls since your last visit to our clinic. Many of these situations require extra time with the doctor and proper scheduling of these visits will help the office to serve your needs better. - It is important that our records are kept up to date. Please let us know if there have been any changes in your personal information - name, address, phone numbers, email, etc.
-
The doctors hours may be limited. Please book in advance and have a few options in your availability when you call to book. We do our best to fit in emergencies as soon as possible. -
Did you know that we can bill Blue Cross and Green Shield
directly. Please let the staff know if you have extended health care insurance through either of these carriers. Please present your card and we can take care of it for you. If you need to know your benefit coverage, please contact your provider. Coverage at our clinic falls under chiropractic care.
During Your Appointment:
- Please share your symptoms and relevant recent health history with the staff.
- Don't forget about your emotional stressors, they influence your physical health as well!
- We do our best to run on time, however unforeseen events and emergencies can cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
- If you are in a rush and need to be somewhere else quickly, please let the staff know as soon as you arrive.
Before Leaving Your Appointment:
