Swimming in Lakes Prohibited
With the Fourth of July holiday weekend here and outdoor activities on the rise, Reston Association would like to remind residents that Reston lake pictureswimming in association lakes and ponds is prohibited and potentially dangerous. RA's four lakes are designed for storm-water management and are not maintained or monitored for swimming. There are no lifeguards. Parents are reminded to discuss the hazards of lake swimming with their children. Click here to learn more about RA's lakes.

Planning to Visit the Pools?
Make your time at Reston Association's pools a pleasant and safe experience by following a few simple guidelines. To start, make sure you have a valid pool pass. Guests are required to be accompanied by a pass-holder. Additionally, appropriate swimwear is required, including pool-specific diapers for non-toilet trained children. Diapers are available for sale at our Member Services desk. Food and drinks are permitted in designated areas, but alcohol and glass containers are prohibited. The hourly 10-minute break should be used for bathroom visits, staying hydrated and applying sunscreen (if using a spray please be mindful of others who may be nearby). Click here to view an updated pool schedule or contact Willa@reston.org for more information about RA aquatics.
