Nature House Closed Oct. 23-25
houseThe Nature House at the Walker Nature Center will be closed Friday, Oct. 23 through Sunday, Oct. 25 due to its annual Halloween House and Trick-or-Treat Trail event. All tickets to the event are sold out. Adults and teens interested in volunteering should contact habrock@reston.org about remaining open positions.
algaeAlgae Bloom at Lake Audubon
Due to last week's rain and warm weather, a blue-green algae bloom has formed on Lake Audubon. With cooler and cloudier conditions, the bloom will eventually dissipate. Click here for more information.
