Nature House Closed Oct. 23-25
| The Nature House at the Walker Nature Center will be closed Friday, Oct. 23 through Sunday, Oct. 25 due to its annual Halloween House and Trick-or-Treat Trail event. All tickets to the event are sold out. Adults and teens interested in volunteering should contact habrock@reston.org about remaining open positions.

Algae Bloom at Lake Audubon

 Due to last week's rain and warm weather, a blue-green algae bloom has formed on Lake Audubon. With cooler and cloudier conditions, the bloom will eventually dissipate. Click here for more information.

Town Center Celebrates 25 Years

Sunday, Oct. 18 Noon-4 p.m. Reston Town Center. In celebration of its 25th anniversary, Reston Town Center will provide free refreshments, live music, entertainment and pumpkin decorating at Fountain Square and the Pavilion. RA Covenants Workshop: Updating Cluster Standards
