Dear Residents,

The most recent forecast is calling for the possibility of snow accumulation in our area scheduled to begin tomorrow morning and possibly lasting through the early afternoon.  Our Facilities Department is prepared to respond when the snow begins and will work quickly to clear sidewalks and parking lots as efficiently as possible.

If you live in a detached home you are likely responsible for clearing the city sidewalk in front of your home within 24 hours of the snow ending. 

Please be careful as you come and go from your home and the property.  There will likely be icy patches late at night and in the mornings as the temperatures decline.  Even cleared walkways and parking lots will become slippery so please pay close attention as you walk or drive through your communities.
