 Albemarle SPCA! Throughout the next several months we will be doing different promotions with them, having special adoption days for our residents as well as different volunteer opportunities! In honor of MSCs' partnership with the SPCA this month we are going to run a "share the love" contest. Did you adopt your pet from a local animal shelter? We want to hear all about it! How long ago was it? How did you pick your pet, etc... Send us your story and a photo of your pet and we will pick our favorite to win a $25 gift card! Mallory Napier our Marketing Manager adopted Toby 16 years ago when she was in high school. Sadly Toby passed away last year, but she was a big part in many of Mallory's life adventures including this cross country trip.

MSC No Hassle Renewal Day
If you know you are planning on staying for the next year then this is just for you! We will be hosting a "No Hassle" day on Friday, October 10th where you will be able to renew your lease, and enjoy some great food all day! It will be held at the MadHouse from 10 am - 5 pm.

Uva vs Radford- Men's Soccer Game

MSC Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest 
Think you can carve a better pumpkin than this one? Here is your chance- our annual MSC Pumpkin Carving Contest will be held again this year at the MadHouse on Thursday October 23rd. Voting on Facebook will begin that evening with winners of our contest announced on Halloween. We will provide the pumpkins and food! RSVP to the event by 10/20 on our Facebook event page to secure your spot!

Bark Park Costume Contest
We will be adding a Bark Park in our Cambridge Square property. All our residents are invited to its "grand opening" where we will be hosting a costume party for your furry friends! Dress your pups up in their best Halloween attire and let them strut their stuff for some great prizes for your pup and you! More details will be provided shortly for this event so stayed tuned!
