Parishioners interested in developing a Senior Ministry are invited to a luncheon on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. Building on the theme of Health, Wellness and Spirituality as we age, a Prayer Service, Luncheon, and an opportunity to discuss the possibilities and ideas for this Ministry are planned. Please sign up in the Narthex.

As another way to identify interests for this Ministry, there is a "Suggestion Box" in the Narthex. Add your ideas (even if you don't consider yourself part of the older age group! Perhaps you have a family member who could be helped.) And, remember, men grow older as well!

A CELEBRATION AND THANKSGIVING OF MINISTRY AND OUTREACH

The Wachusett Regional High School Mountaintinabuleers and the St. Francis Episcopal Church Episcopeals Handbell Choirs present a Concert of Varied Music...from Sacred, to Show and Popular Tunes on Sunday, May 17 at 6:00 p.m. at St. Francis Episcopal Church in Holden.

(As an outreach from St Francis, the handbells go to Wachusett High School each Wednesday, as they have for the last sixteen years.  As a result of this, there have been a number of young people from that bell choir who have come here to play from time to time.)
 

A free will offering will help defray costs of refurbishing work that needs to be done after 31 years of making music.
 

Please join us to hear some wonderful music...bring friends...and celebrate the ministry and outreach of this instrument.
 

Refreshments will follow.
 

The Central Mass Housing Alliance will be holding its annual walk for the homeless on May 17th. The Thursday night EfM Class invites all past, present and potential EfMers to join us for an evening of fellowship and celebration.  We will recognize this year's EfM graduates (Michelle Goodwin of Mendon, MA and our very own Lori and Dick Welch), re-connect with alumni and hopefully meet some new classmates.  If you are curious about EfM and would like more information, this will be a great opportunity to speak to current students and alumni, learn more about the program, and see the materials.  Best of all, dessert will be served!

Guess Who's Coming For Dinner?

It's that time again!  You will not want to miss the Seventh Annual Guess Who's Coming For Dinner!!  The dinner will be Saturday evening May 30th.  The night will kick off with light refreshments starting at 5:45 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.  From there you will be given directions to your host house where you will dine with a small group of fellow parishioners.  Then returning to Fellowship Hall for dessert and coffee.  Please make your reservation in the narthex (sign- up sheet), there is a $10/person suggested donation and reservations must be made by May 24th. We hope to see you there!!
