We plan to do a reprint in late September or early October, once our new rector is on board.  If you didn't get your family picture in this time please consider it for the fall issue.  It will greatly help our new rector to learn names and faces.  If you're on vacation this summer and get a family photo you can email it to the office, stfran@verizon.net to be included.

Youth Mission Update...

We are happy to share the great news that we were awarded a 2014 Bement Christian Formation Grant from the Diocese. We received this grant for our collaborative effort with Tri-Parish Community Church in Hardwick, and we are thrilled to have this support for our trip this summer.

Due to circumstances beyond our control we had to make the decision to cancel the Golf Tournament.

Mission Committee News for June...

Military Packages - What awesome generosity!  The footlocker was filled and overflowing!  Because of your gracious support, we will be sending packages to those serving Stateside, as well as to those deployed overseas.  Thank you for the love and concern you have shown for these special people.  They will be blessed by the tangible evidence of being remembered.   Peace be with you.  - Ruth Webb
June 21st - Clothing drive begins for NuDay Syria

UTO Donations should be returned to the church by the weekend, June 28/29.

Donations of gently used footwear is requested for a Save The World project of a high school student.  Donation boxes are in the narthex.

Stewardship Reminder...

The beat goes on.  While you may be away at the beach or in Maine or Rockport, MA, St. Francis continues to function.

We are open every Saturday and Sunday, like Cumberland Farms, we offer coffee but more importantly we offer the Gospel of love and belonging.  Please do NOT FORGET St. Francis in your giving.  Your weekly, monthly, gift is vital.  Please consider one of your expenses for vacation your financial support of St. Francis. Indeed, the beat goes on.  The very heartbeat of the Risen Christ serving others. Thank you for remembering. Thank you for your summer gift.
