Musical Notes from Mary Been...

A big thank you to Jeff Heath,Nancy Rogan and Andi Colyer for helping to make the visit of the AGO members (American Guild of Organists) a huge success last week. They were excited to see the organ, and a good time was had by all.

It's almost time for the "summer schedule" to begin, which means NO CHOIR. I would like to have volunteers to do special music during this time. Instruments, vocal solos, groups.......just let me know and I'll plug you in. Remember THOSE WHO SING PRAY TWICE doesn't take the summer off.

From Your Search Committee...

It has been a very busy and productive last few weeks for the Search Committee. We have narrowed our search to three excellent candidates, two of whom we met and interviewed last week. This week we will meet with the third candidate and visit one's current church to hear a sermon and meet with members of the congregation. We also have phone conferences set up with the wardens of the candidates' current church communities. As always, we ask that you keep our congregation, the Search Committee and the candidates in your prayers. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact any member of the Search Committee. I can be reached at rcarlo5@mac.com or 508.341.1698.
