December 2014

This past year we have explored what it means to abide in the love of the Savior. As we close out the year and reflect, you may be aware of promises you made that you couldn't keep. Or promises made to you that weren't met. And even still - there is a love that never fails. We hope you enjoy this last publication of 2014 bringing us back to the unbroken Promise which offers a hope that is sure even when we are feeling unsteady in our spiritual gait. Awarenesses of our failures and shortcomings, rather than causing us to pull away from God, can instead cause us to lean on the Promised One. And when we do, we are abiding in a love that never will fail us. Thank you to our faithful readers in this community! A blessed and holy remainder of this season to you and yours.

God always keeps his promises!

It is possible to experience the love of God and not just study it.
Expectancy in the goodness of God vs. our own expectations

Know someone who needs encouragement, inspiration or hope? Introducing Snapshots From The Promised Land.

Stories give us a glimpse into each other's lives and have the power to impact us in a very personal and real way. Over the last year, we have joyfully compiled 52 heartfelt stories (one for each week of the year) into a professionally bound soft cover book that we are now ready to share with you.

These "Snapshots" are filled with heartwarming passages, relevant scriptures, and thought-provoking challenge questions to inspire and encourage us to live intentionally. We invite you to enjoy the personal narratives of our contributors who seek to live out their faith in the Promised Land, one day at a time.
