Greetings!

My husband took this picture. I have reflected on it multiple times since he added it to his Facebook repertoire. It brings me to a place of peaceful silence. Somehow, it draws me inward and helps important things melt away around me - the sounds of family, the concerns of the day, the undone tasks... soon, all that is in front of me is quiet beauty and stillness. As a result of this intentional exercise to pause, I sense my mind clearing, my body settling and my heart relaxing.

Renewal: So needed, but so rarely scheduled or sought out. May this year's overall theme and interior messages grant you permission, provide you with opportunity and prompt you
with ideas for how to walk in renewal.
A blessed New Year to you and yours!
