We strive to provide new shoes, socks, and more to 10,000 disadvantaged children each school year, September thru May!
Since 2003, GTSF has served 81,271 Southern Nevada children in need!

Greetings!
Wells, that's a wrap! The 2016/2017 school year is rapidly coming to a close and we just completed our last shoe distribution event of this school year! Between August 20th and and April 28th, we hosted 1 dual agency event and 25 on-site Title 1, Tier 1 school shoe distribution events, outfitting 10,740 our community's most in-need students with new shoes, socks and often more! But, our staff of 4 didn't do it alone! Our 1,226 volunteers contributed a whopping 6,805 hours.
A GIANT THANK YOU to EVERYONE who came out to a distribution during this school year to make a difference. We couldn't have accomplished so much without you putting your best "foot" forward!
Now, this year's fun isn't quite over yet...
With our 9th Annual Evening of Heart n' Sole fundraising party less than 2 weeks away, we've charted a course to ensure that everything is shipshape for our 500 attending guests! This event is key to our preparations for 2017/2018 school year and it's always a night to remember! So, if you're already missing us, we have a VERY LIMITED number of tickets still available (like 4) and you should buy yours today!!
Can't make the party but want to see MORE of us? Well, Findlay Automotive Group selected GTSF as their May Charity Community Spotlight partner. So, "catch us" every morning on the MORE Fox5 Show Celebrity Spin Zone. A huge thank you to Findlay Automotive Group and Cox Communications for this wonderful community opportunity!

Chart Your Course for
Heart n' Sole 2017
Ahoy... Me Hearties, Pirates & Pearls, the time is here to weigh anchor and chart your course for GTSF's 2017 Heart n' Sole event!
We'll see you on May 13th for a night of merriment, fine grog, tasty grub, lively entertainment by Vegas' best all-request rock band, Vegas Limit, and amazing, one-of-a-kind silent and live auction treasures - all benefiting Goodie Two Shoes. Dress is always fashionably casual but this year, we also welcome all Hearties, Pirates & Pearls!

GTSF is the May Spotlight Charity!
Findlay Automotive Group selected the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation as the Spin Zone's May Charity of the Month on Fox5's MORE Show! That means that any celebrity guests appearing on the MORE Show during the month of May will spin to determine how much Findlay Automotive Group will donate to GTSF. Tune in to the MORE Show mornings at 9 am to see just how many kids Findlay Automotive Group will help outfit with new shoes and socks during the upcoming 2017/2018 school year!

Are YOU up for a Challenge?
Want to work off all the libations and great food from GTSF's 9th Annual Evening of Heart n' Sole event?
Well, the Ultimate Obstacle Course Challenge is back at Sam Boyd Stadium on May 20th, 2017. If you love monkey bars, mud, and more, then this is the race for you.
BADASS DASH IS THE MOST FUN, MOST AFFORDABLE, OBSTACLE COURSE CHALLENGE & ENDURANCE RACE IN NORTH AMERICA
Plus... don't forget kids and canines can compete in their own versions of the course as well! It's the perfect outdoor activity for everyone in the family!

Great Vegas Festival of Beer !
On April 7th and 8th, 54 AWESOME GTSF volunteers did an AMAZING job at the Great Vegas Festival of Beer. Not only did they ensure that each of the more than 7,000 guests were checked into the event in under two minutes, but they also did an awesome job manning the incredibly well-received Pretzel Brewtique, powered by Zappos.com. Their volunteer service on behalf of GTSF ensured craft beer fans from far and wide had an enjoyable and seamless entry gate experience. PLUS, GTSF received an a very generous donation in excess of $10,000 to support our programming and continue our efforts to make a difference right here in Las Vegas!

Volunteer of the Month
JASON S.
Jason first came to us as part of our Fall 2016 fundraising/volunteer
activation with Hakkasan Group! During the spring 2017 semester, Jason volunteered at EIGHT shoe distributions, sticking with us through wind, cold, and rain. He, then, volunteer with us at the Great Vegas Festival of Beer.
He's AWESOME with the kids and his positive attitude is OUTSTANDING. We look forward to seeing him at our first events of the 2017/2018 school year!
