The 7th Annual Evening of Heart n' Sole event is right around the corner! This poolside event is always one of the best parties in town! You'll enjoy great live entertainment by the incredible rock band, The Limit, lively libations and specialty cocktails, plenty of great eats and treats, and maybe even "go a little mad" over our amazing one-of-a-kind silent and live auctions -- all benefiting Goodie Two Shoes. It's a mad, mad world... but dress is always fashionably casual!

 Saturday's distribution event was a special one for the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation - we outfitted our 60,000th participant, Chelsey J.! A very special thanks to all of the sponsors, advocates and volunteers whom have been on this special journey with us - it's been an incredible ride, and we're looking forward to the next milestone! |

|
Over the past four years, David and Shane have interned with GTSF through UNLV's Engelstad Scholars program, contributing a combined total of more than 450 volunteer hours to our organization! Since joining the GTSF team in 2011, David and Shane have worked over 107 distribution events, advocated on behalf of GTSF, provided assistance during special fundraising events, and served as mentors for incoming classes of Engelstad Scholars, all while maintaining the highest GPA's in the Engelstad Scholars program as Pre-Med students.
David and Shane will always be part of the GTSF family, and we will miss them and their enthusiasm when they graduate from the Engelstad program later this month. We wish both of them all the best in what is guaranteed to be very bright futures, and hope they'll continue to volunteer with GTSF!
David will graduate Magna Cum Laude this month with a BS in Biological Sciences and plans to pursue a medical degree. Shane will be graduating Magna Cum Laude in May 2016 with a BS in Biological Sciences and plans to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. |
