On April 25, 2014, Nevadans joined together for the largest annual day of online giving - Nevada's Big Give! Individuals across the state donated to local organizations, including GTSF, raising over $470,000 during this year's Big Give. Thanks for putting your best FOOT forward!

For the past four years, Mayara and Crystal have interned with GTSF through the Engelstad Scholars program at UNLV. Since joining the GTSF team in 2010, Mayara and Crystal have worked over 65 distribution events, advocated on behalf of GTSF, provided assistance during special fundraising events, and
contributed a combined total of more than 1200 volunteer hours to our organization!
Crystal and Mayara will always be part of the GTSF family, and we will miss them and their enthusiasm when they graduate from the Engelstad program later this month. We wish both of them all the best in what is guaranteed to be very bright futures!
Mayara will graduate this month with a BS in Sociology and plans to pursue a Masters degree at UNLV.
Crystal will be graduating in December with a BS in Education and plans to pursue a teaching career with the Clark County School District.
