AccuFACE facial recognition system is designed such that user may access and operate the system anytime and anywhere through 4 user-friendly and convenient ways.
There are 4 main ways to operate AccuFACE:
(1) Standalone mode - access AccuFACE via remote controller or keypad.
Standalone mode allows users to access and control AccuFACE easily without using computers. Users can directly select functions by watching the user-friendly menu displayed on the LCD screen. The supported functions are:
- User enrollment and deletion
- Change system operation mode (1:1 verification or 1:N identification mode)
- Update system settings
- Event log display
(2) LAN mode - access to AccuFACE via any computers connected to the LAN.
Each AccuFACE has its unique IP address & MAC address. Users with proper authorization can access to AccuFACE connecting to the LAN. Administrator may centrally manage multiple AccuFACE terminals using EasyManager (a provided central management software).
(3) WAN mode - access to AccuFACE via computer/phone connected to the WAN or Internet.
Same as the LAN mode, users with proper authorization can access to AccuFACE and the administrator can centrally manage multiple AccuFACE terminals using EasyManager. The difference is that users can do it from anywhere.
E.g. Administrator in Hong Kong can manage AccuFACE units installed in USA.
(4) Client/ server mode - store user facial templates on server.
This system setup can support unlimited number of users and is ideal for large scale facial system deployment. Storing user facial data on server can easily meet high security and privacy requirements.
The above 4 methods allow user to access and operate AccuFACE anytime anywhere. The flexibility in system operation makes AccuFACE a truly user-friendly system.
